Overview
PMIOffcuts supplies mixed surplus, waste, reclaimed, and offcut materials.
Customers are purchasing a mixed assortment of available materials and cannot select specific grades, densities, colours, sizes, or individual pieces unless expressly stated.
Because every order contains a unique mix of available stock, we do not accept returns simply because the customer is dissatisfied with the specific materials received.
Non-Returnable Orders
Returns will not be accepted for reasons including:
- Not liking the mix of materials supplied;
- Receiving different densities, grades, colours, or sizes than expected;
- Materials differing from photographs used for illustration;
- Changes of mind after dispatch;
- Ordering the wrong quantity.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge that the contents of each package will vary based on available stock.
Damaged Deliveries
If an order arrives significantly damaged in transit, customers must:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photographs of:
- The external packaging;
- Any damaged contents;
- The delivery label.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Incorrect Orders
If we have sent the wrong item entirely, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered where:
- The wrong item has been dispatched by us;
- The order has been lost in transit and confirmed by the courier;
- We are required to provide a remedy under applicable consumer law.
